Lorimnailie Siamese & Orientals

I have never liked Torties. I had, of course, only seen them in photos but didn't like them and would never, ever, have one. Then I visited my good friend Kat of Schimmel Siamese & Orientals and.......................well, she had a litter including three black tortie oriental girls. The colours were incredible and, as well as this, this one particular little girl had a certain wicked look in her eyes that definitely appealed to me. So, Schimmel Am I Bovered (I love that name) has come to live with us to become our foundation oriental queen and help us embark in the word of showing!

We are very excited about showing and soon breeding with this girl. Her mother is Champion Schimmel Shesadream and her grandmother has just achieved her second IGPC (Imperial Grand Premier Certificate) and is Grand Premier Chinasea Aria.

I was delighted that Mimi settled in so well with us. Within a couple of days it felt as though she has been here forever. We were also amazed by her temperament - I have never met such a loving girl ever, she just craves constant fussing and stroking and is so relaxed we are sure she thoroughly enjoys the attention at the show bench.

Her showing career has been put on hold as she has just been to stud (April 2008) and we are terribly excited about the show potential of her kittens.
