All of our kittens leave home with the following:

  • GCCF Registration and GCCF Transfer of Ownership documents
  • Completed course of vaccinations
  • 5-Generation Pedigree
  • Preventative treatment for worms, fleas and mites
  • 6 weeks free insurance
  • Kitten pack

None of our kittens will leave home before they are 12 weeks of age (although more usually 13-14 weeks) and have completed their vaccinations 7 days prior to leaving, and if we feel that for any reason a kitten is not ready to leave then we will keep him until he is ready.

We also expect new owners to sign a "Kitten Agreement" assuring us of their good intentions regarding the future welfare of their kitten. A copy of this is available on request at any time.

Please expect to be asked alot of questions when you come to visit a litter of kittens; we need to be assured that every baby of ours goes to the best, most loving home possible, and also we need to ensure that a particular kitten that you have chosen will, in fact, suit your household and lifestyle. After all, every cat is an individual with different characteristics.

We keep a waiting list of people looking for a Siamese or Oriental kitten so please feel free at any time to contact me about available or planned litters. We will keep your details on file and keep in touch until you have found the kitten that suits you, whether from ourselves or another of the excellent breeders that we know.

Terms & Conditions

So that there is no misunderstanding between ourselves and any prospective buyer we would like to clarify some of the basic terms and conditions of purchasing a Lorimnailie kitten.

  • No kitten will leave home before it is 12 weeks of age and received it's full course of vaccinations at least 5 days prior to leaving under any circumstances.
  • All new owners will be expected to sign a Kitten Agreement assuring us of their good intentions regarding the future welfare of their kitten. A copy of this is available on request at any time.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to sell a kitten if we are not 110% certain it is going to the right home
  • We ask for a non-refundable deposit of £100 for any reservations made after the kittens are 6 weeks of age, which is the age by which we expect to be able to confirm colour points and sex. This deters timewasters and ensures that only people who are confident about taking on the life-long responsibility of a kitten make a reservation. The balance is payable (in cash please) on collection of your kitten.
  • Kittens sold on the Non-Active Register are expected to be neutered at the appropriate age. We will only rarely allow a girl to be sold on the active register and so if this is your wish then please discuss this with us from the start.
